Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and according to regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Develop project schedules and budgets, track expenses, and report on progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or challenges that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, etc.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed for site visits
- Biometric passport preferred
