Construction Manager
We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sheduva. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction activities, including materials and labor requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project budget and control costs
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket. It is suitable for men who have experience in managing construction projects. Canadians or Filipinos are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
