IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in Khanpur. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assist with the installation and maintenance of computer systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring data security. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and is suitable for male candidates with a biometric passport.

To excel in this role, you must have strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and troubleshooting tools is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in person or remotely
