We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to our menu
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Recommend menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Upsell additional products such as pastries or merchandise
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport is preferred for international travel purposes
- Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate
