Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with architects and engineers to design and develop detailed construction plans and drawings. You must have a strong understanding of building systems and codes, as well as experience using architectural software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed construction plans and drawings
- Use architectural software to develop 2D and 3D models
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review project progress and make necessary changes to plans as needed
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure construction is following the plans accurately
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

This is a full-time position suitable for men. The salary for this role is $1500 per month. Applicants must have English speaking skills. This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
