Instrument Technician for Oil and Gas Industry in Izhevsk, Russia
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments used in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators, and temperature sensors
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure their proper functioning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with instruments and provide effective solutions
- Calibrate instruments according to company standards and industry regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and calibration reports
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given timelines
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working with hazardous materials and in potentially dangerous environments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Diploma or certificate in instrumentation technology or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of different types of instruments used in the oil and gas industry
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for instrument installation and troubleshooting purposes
- Good understanding of safety procedures when working with hazardous materials
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime or on-call shifts when required
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
