Location: Funchal, Portugal


We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-friendly and engaging mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain native Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in native Android development
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or other relevant programming languages
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills:
These skills are not required but would be considered a plus:
- Experience with React Native or other cross-platform development frameworks
- Knowledge of Swift or iOS development
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
