Part-Time Office Manager


We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of our office in Vejle. This position is perfect for someone looking to balance work and personal commitments, as it offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, budgeting, and supply management.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with staff members and clients.
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll and other financial tasks.
- Plan and organize company events.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vejle, Denmark. However, we also offer the option to work remotely.
