Courier Delivery Associate

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers in Abu Dhabi. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload packages into delivery vehicles
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Use handheld devices to track deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Ensure all packages are delivered in good condition and obtain customer signatures as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving
- Report any delivery issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads and traffic laws
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred but not required
