Roofer Supervisor

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols
- Plan and schedule roofing projects according to client requirements
- Inspect roofs to determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Order materials and supplies needed for roofing projects
- Train new team members on roofing techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Complete necessary paperwork such as work orders, time sheets, and project reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- A valid driver's license
