Equipment Operator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to perform a variety of construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of assigned equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and notify the maintenance team for any necessary repairs.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials.
- Operate equipment to load and unload materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read project plans and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Salary:
