Commercial Architect
We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Herning. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and spaces, such as office buildings, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for their commercial project
- Create detailed plans and designs for commercial buildings and spaces
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of your designs
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the construction aligns with the design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate them into your designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1800 per month (part-time)

Location: Herning

Note: This is a part-time position. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Must have own visa to work in Denmark.
