We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a high-end fine dining restaurant in the vibrant city of Aarhus, Denmark. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen and culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect the restaurant's concept
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests
- Handle guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu items or processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and flavor profiles
- Familiarity with Danish cuisine is preferred
- Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Creativity, passion for cooking, attention to detail

Qualifications:
Degree from a culinary school is preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Danish is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
