Project Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organization abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain project budgets and resource allocations
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders through regular status updates
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
