Experienced Turner in Gujrat, India



We are seeking an experienced Turner to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to perform precision machining operations on metal components. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Turner and be able to work with different types of materials such as steel, aluminum, and brass.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine set-up and production methods
- Set up and operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Perform precision machining operations such as cutting, drilling, boring, and threading on metal components
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain machines by regularly cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance tasks
- Adhere to safety standards at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with different types of materials including steel, aluminum, and brass
- Strong knowledge of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for precision machining operations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to make adjustments to machines when needed
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month for this position.
