Land Surveyor

We are a reputable construction company seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and be able to work independently while also collaborating with other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain organized files
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using GPS systems, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and standards
- Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Location: This job is located in Lisbon. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
