Electrician - Full Time (Porto, Portugal)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a full-time Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety precautions, as well as the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local codes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of wiring or equipment installations
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician (at least 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred
- Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
