Online Consultant - Svalbard (Contract)


As an Online Consultant in Svalbard, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through digital platforms. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various digital channels, such as email, chat, and video calls
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the most relevant information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, such as email, chat applications, and video conferencing software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service is a plus

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
