Office Assistant - Svalbard (Contract)

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Svalbard on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing schedules and appointments, and handling phone calls and emails. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We strongly encourage women to apply for this role.
