Mason: Biometric Passport Specialist (Contract)


As a Mason Biometric Passport Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of biometric passport systems in Roskilde. Your expertise in masonry and knowledge of biometric technology will be essential in ensuring the security and efficiency of our passport issuance process. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Design and construct biometric passport systems according to specifications and best practices
- Ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment and software
- Troubleshoot any issues with the system and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in biometric technology to continuously improve the system
- Train staff on how to properly use the system for efficient passport issuance
- Collaborate with government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in masonry or biometric technology is a plus
- Proven experience as a mason, preferably in the construction of security systems
- Familiarity with biometric technology and its applications in security systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively train staff on system usage
