As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer support services through various online communication channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in resolving any inquiries or issues they may have with our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of our company's offerings and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to potential and existing customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide helpful solutions to customers
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations and irate customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in the use of computers and knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
