Our company in Mecca is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in Nepali and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Mecca, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance for management review
