Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dickirch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a successful restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while also meeting our business goals. This is a full-time contract position with accommodation provided and open to candidates of any nationality with their own valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and financial management
- Train and manage front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain consistency in service standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, new policies or procedures, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations between front-of-house and back-of-house
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams of 15+ employees
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Malayalee language skills preferred)
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch, open to candidates of any nationality with a valid work visa. Accommodation provided.
