Resort Manager

As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our resort in Medina. You will oversee all aspects of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service
- Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of resort staff
- Create and manage budgets for all departments within the resort
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all resort facilities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control throughout the resort

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position at a resort or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and profit/loss analysis
- Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Benefits package includes medical insurance, paid time off, and potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Medina. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English.
