As a Resort Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Medina. You will manage a team of staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will also include creating and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets and finances, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, fluency in Nepali language, and a deep understanding of Nepali culture. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a beautiful location while providing exceptional service to our guests. Salary for this position is $1200 per month.
