Head Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Responsibilities include creating and updating menus, ordering and managing inventory, supervising and training kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and overseeing food preparation and presentation. You must have a strong understanding of different cooking techniques and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required. You should also have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Our ideal candidate should also have experience working with international cuisine and be able to adapt to different dietary restrictions. The ability to manage costs while maintaining high-quality standards is also essential.
