Cashier (Contract) in Faroe Islands



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team on a contract basis in Faroe Islands.

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working as a Cashier and possess a biometric passport. You must also have excellent mathematical skills and be proficient in using cash registers and other related equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Ensure all prices are accurate and all products are properly coded
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Cashier is preferred
- Must possess a biometric passport
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in using cash registers and other related equipment

Salary: 1800$ per month.

Location: Faroe Islands (Preference for candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to Faroe Islands)
