Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main objective will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
- Use specialized software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 3D models and renderings
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building codes to continuously improve design work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in designing industrial buildings is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position based in Esbjerg. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. We welcome applicants without prior experience in industrial architecture as we are willing to provide training. Please note that this job does not include accommodation but we do provide a free visa and ticket for selected candidates.
