Shaper - Apparel Industry



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Zagreb. As a Shaper in the apparel industry, you will be responsible for using your expertise to create high-quality garments that meet the specific requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use shaping techniques to create garments according to client specifications
- Measure and cut fabrics accurately
- Operate various equipment such as sewing machines, cutting machines, and steamers
- Ensure all garments meet quality standards and are free of defects
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Prior experience in shaping apparel is required
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, materials, and their properties
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for operating equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
