Instrument Technician

Our busy manufacturing company in Beer-Sheva is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and control systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of instrumentation and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
- Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment
- Assist with training new technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, including calibration, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
- Experience working with PLCs, HMI systems, VFDs, and other industrial control systems
- Familiarity with biometric passports is a plus
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
