Crane Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect crane before each use and report any defects or issues
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor weather conditions that may impact lifting operations
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and equipment usage
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed
- Train new employees on proper crane operation techniques

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities as long as they meet the job requirements.

Type of Employment:
This is a full-time position suitable for men. Part-time positions may also be available based on business needs.
