Experienced Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes in a safe and efficient manner. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$, suitable for both Indians and foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cranes according to safety regulations
- Inspect equipment before and after each use
- Ensure proper rigging of loads
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifts
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including hours worked and materials lifted
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification and license
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and operate controls for extended periods of time

Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
