Fitness Instructor



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team in Shan, providing personalized training and support to our diverse clientele. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored workout programs, leading group fitness classes, and providing nutritional guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments for new clients and develop personalized workout plans based on their goals, abilities, and limitations
- Lead individual and group fitness classes in various disciplines such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to ensure they stay on track with their fitness journey
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results
- Provide nutritional advice and create meal plans to complement clients' workout routines
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment by regularly sanitizing equipment and enforcing safety protocols

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and weight management principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals of all ages and fitness levels
- Ability to adapt workouts for clients with injuries or health concerns
- Proven track record of achieving results for clients through effective training techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
