Contract Industrial Architect

As a Contract Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints and specifications, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects comply with building codes and safety regulations. You must have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in using CAD software and knowledge of biometric passport technology is required for this role. This is a contract position based in Faisalabad with a salary of $900 per month.

As an industrial architect, you will play a key role in shaping the physical landscape of the city by designing functional and efficient spaces for factories, warehouses, and other industrial facilities. Your creative vision combined with your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering projects that meet client requirements while adhering to budget constraints.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture and possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. You should also have knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site visits to assess project feasibility, developing concept designs based on client requirements, producing detailed drawings using CAD software, reviewing construction plans submitted by contractors, and providing guidance on material selection.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project. You must also be able to manage your time effectively to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
