Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and create functional, safe, and efficient spaces for manufacturing, storage, and other industrial purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess land and building conditions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and budget
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods for each project
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
