Contract Project Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Project Manager to oversee our projects in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Identify and manage risks that may impact the project's success
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
