We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Junior Florist, you will work alongside our experienced florists to create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with daily tasks such as preparing flowers, arranging bouquets and centerpieces, and maintaining flower inventory
- Learn about different types of flowers and their care instructions to ensure the best quality for our customers
- Help with the setup and teardown of events, including transporting and arranging floral decorations on site
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and pleasant environment

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
- Willingness to learn from experienced florists and take on new challenges
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Our flower shop is located in the vibrant city of Lisbon, known for its rich culture, beautiful architecture, and delicious food. While accommodation is not provided, we can assist in finding suitable housing options within the city.
