We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as digging, loading, and moving materials on construction sites. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on the equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment before use.
- Follow project plans and blueprints accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment.
- Report any issues or concerns with equipment immediately.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position. The exact salary depends on experience level and qualifications.

Working Hours:
