We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Online Tutor for English Language Learners to join our team in Atlanta. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one online tutoring sessions to students who are learning English as a second language
- Create personalized lesson plans and materials based on each student's needs and skill level
- Use various teaching techniques and tools to engage and motivate students
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and resources

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Teaching/tutoring experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop with audio and video capabilities
