Senior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Eschen. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for our projects. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while adhering to company standards and client requirements.
- Review architectural plans and designs for compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
