Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Eschen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and drafters
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following approved plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals looking for long-term employment. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. Students looking for part-time opportunities are not eligible for this position.
