Moderator (Part-time)


We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Moderator in Gujrat. This is a part-time contract position, perfect for students or those looking for additional income. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online discussions and ensuring that all content is appropriate and follows company guidelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation, so local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and user-generated content for inappropriate or offensive material
- Enforce company guidelines and policies regarding user behavior
- Communicate with users to address any issues or concerns
- Provide feedback on user behavior and trends to the management team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college or university preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company guidelines
- Prior experience in customer service or moderation is a plus

Salary:
This is a part-time contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat, so local candidates are preferred.
