Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. This position is ideal for someone with experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. As a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical issues, installing and configuring new systems and software, and maintaining our existing systems. This role offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, as well as the convenience of part-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Maintain and update existing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train customers on how to use new systems or software
- Keep track of customer inquiries and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical individuals
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Location:
This position is based in Porto but remote work options may be available.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position.
