Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer preferred but not required
- Must have knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
- Must be authorized to work in Norway

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them using various tools such as trowels, scrapers, or sanders
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios and apply them evenly using appropriate techniques such as troweling or spraying
- Fill cracks or holes with joint compound and smooth out the surface for an even finish
- Install insulation materials before applying plaster if necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on job sites
