We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your role will involve working on construction sites, road projects, and other industrial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the location of structures and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and material usage

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, cranes, etc.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following instructions from supervisors
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if non-Danish citizen)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
