Online Consultant for Indian Nationals in Herzliya

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to Indian nationals living in Herzliya. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently. You will be expected to assist clients with their various needs and concerns through online platforms such as email, chat, or video conferencing.

Your main responsibilities will include responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance on various topics such as immigration, visa processes, housing options, and local resources. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in customer service or remote work environments. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is highly desirable. Knowledge of Israeli culture and regulations is also beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation arrangements. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for suitable candidates.
