We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You should have experience in the construction industry and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specifications
- Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels and other tools
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage
- Create decorative textures or patterns as per client's request
- Repair damaged areas or cracks on existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Skilled in using various tools such as trowels, brushes, spray guns, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when needed
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both interior and exterior plastering projects
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plastering work
- Good communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and other team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, we prefer candidates who are legally authorized to work in Kaunas.

Education Requirements:
No formal education is required for this position. However, prior experience or training in plastering is preferred.

Language Requirements:
Basic English proficiency is preferred for communication purposes.
