Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain employee records and files
- Monitor budgets and expenses
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative role
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in Urdu or Hindi
