We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with a passion for creating innovative and functional designs to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing plans and drawings for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet their needs and comply with building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for each project
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models of designs to help clients visualize the final product
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Continuously research new materials, technologies, and building methods to incorporate into design concepts
- Present designs to clients for approval and make revisions as needed based on their feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Utena, Lithuania
