Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Identifying and diagnosing problems, performing repairs or replacements as needed
- Installing and configuring computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Providing training to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of all support activities and resolutions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and find innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients of varying technical backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.

This job is located in Roskilde, Denmark. Candidates who have their own valid work visa for Denmark are preferred.
